Alexandros CostaDirector

Alexandros is a seasoned technologist and entrepreneur with over twelve years in software engineering and web development. As Co-Founder and Technical Director, he owns the technical strategy and oversees every project the studio ships.

Before Blacktide he was a Senior Technician at Apple, where he sharpened an instinct for complex problem-solving and customer-focused technology. That discipline now sets the bar for how the studio builds — fast, considered, unmistakably engineered.

He speaks regularly at conferences including ReactConf Europe on modern web development, performance and scale, and contributes to open-source React libraries — a firm believer in giving back to the community.
